Shipping & Handling - Most shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders. Custom jewelry is handcrafted upon receipt of the order, and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Gifts - I am happy to ship your purchase directly to a gift recipient with a note from you. Simply let me know the shipping address and specify the wording at checkout. All jewelry items are packaged in a purple gift box, ready to be given as a gift.Special Orders - I’m happy to work with you in creating a piece exactly as you wish. Whether you want something you see on the website in a different color or length, or you want to work together to design something uniquely yours, just email me with your requirements and information.
I am also happy to take group orders for matching or coordinating pieces, such as wedding jewelry, mother/daughter pieces, etc. Simply email Shy Violet and let me know what I can do for you.
Repairs - All pieces carry a lifetime guarantee. If any piece should break as a result of normal wear and tear, it will be repaired at no cost to you. Please contact me for a quote on repairs to other jewelry.
Returns - I offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let me know within 30 days. I will issue you a gift voucher for the amount, refund your credit card, or exchange the item.
No exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders; however, they are still covered under the lifetime warranty.
